    The pen tool is pretty easy to use. It is used to make precise selections or shapes. You can make paths with it as well. I would use this tool for outlining an object I want to be selected to use somewhere else. I can even change the colors of whatever I selected.

    The brush tool is also pretty simple to use. I can use it to highlight or brighten certain parts of an image. I can keep going over the same sections and it will not have a build-up effect. With the brush tool, I can adjust the flow and opacity. These change how dark or light the brush tool will be. I can also change the size of the brush tool for smaller or larger areas.

    The eyedropper tool is pretty easy to use. It is convenient for picking any color you want. It is also useful for matching any colors. I would use it when trying to change the color of a car or someone's shirt on a project.
